The organization has earned a Level 2 BBBEE rating from PKF BEE Solutions (Pty) Ltd, is black women owned and has attained a track record of successful execution of client centric projects in both the private and public sectors over its ten (10) years history.

RGBS has an active corporate social investment program that supports, amongst other charities and not for profit organizations, the South Africa Liberation Memorial Trust, the Boikanyo Foundation and the Umzinto Secondary School in KwaZulu Natal.
